How To: Make knitting needles

This video demonstrates how to make your own knitting needles. These are made out of wood. Double pointed needles, if you get frustrated with the aluminum needles sliding out of your work these wooden ones would solve that problem. Straight needles; most people prefer aluminum for these needles because your work slides easier. Cable needles; wooden needles would work well for these because a cable stitch can be made more difficult with slippery aluminum needles
